Because setup involves manual configuration and dedicated engineering time, refund eligibility is limited.
If your order is still in "Pending Payment Verification" and setup has not started, you may request a cancellation via a support ticket.
Once installation/configuration has started, the service fee becomes non-refundable due to the manual labor involved.
